Bocci, 28d Single Pendant Light This low voltage fixture results from a complex glass blowing technique, which creates a unique spherical shape with a composed collection of inner “satellites”, one of which is an opaque milk white glass bubble that houses a 20 watt xenon lamp. The 28d fixture is designed to sit on a horizontal surface (a desk, table, shelf, or even the floor). It consists of a single illuminated 28 piece wired to a flexible grey crochet memory cable. The cable is intended to be coiled into a sculptural pattern to provide a cushioned surface on which the glass sits.

From Vancouver, British Columbia, come the minimalist lighting designs of Bocci. The company is more of a community made up of top designers, visionaries, and an integral supporting cast that bring the brilliance and creativity of Bocci Lighting to life. One of the most notable designers associated with Bocci is Omer Arbel, whom is perhaps best known for his limited edition designs, and as Bocci's Creative Director.
Among the thought-inspiring concepts and innovative collections that Arbel and Bocci have created are the 14 Series and 28 Series.
The 14 Series collection is unique in that it adds an ambient, seemingly floating light effect to a room that is largely unparalleled in the lighting world. Aligned in delicate arrangements of pendant chandeliers, the 14 Series offers several lighting systems that are simply romantic and decorative in nature.
Similarly, the 28 Series is a collection of many chandeliers placed in intricate arrangements. The difference in the series, however, is the collection's boisterousness. Unlike the 14 Series, this collection features much larger and more voluminous lighting designs.
These collections, among many others, are all manufactured at Bocci's sustainable factory and design warehouse in Canada. At its facilities, the lead designers and experts work with everything from glass blowing and casting, to ceramics and metal casting. Bocci works in a number of different mediums, but always seems to come up with designs that are similar in authenticity, uniqueness, and appeal to the avid design lover.
